Support & Maintenance includes updates of codes like CPT?, ICDA, and EOB etc, changes in documentation and help files and the program application itself. Updates are done through the Spectron web site and are automatically supported by the application. The frequency of the updates is about once a moth. The support fee is for one year and is paid in advance. You can do unlimited updates during the period. You have to be a registered user to be able to get permission to do a download. You are able to test the download and update function with the demo version of OneSpear.
